Samoyed

Samoyed is a very popular dog breed. These dogs are known to be great with kids. They may not resemble wolves as much as the other dogs on this list, but one look at that signature “sammy smile” and you are sure to fall in love. Because of their friendly nature, a Samoyed makes a poor guard dog and aggressive behavior is hardly ever noticed with this breed.

Seppala Siberian Sleddog

This rare working dog breed is affectionate and hardworking at the same time. Like many dog breeds on this list, they do require a lot of exercise and should be active at all times.

Alaskan Klee Kai

The Alaskan Klee Kai is a spitz-type dog that strongly resembles a smaller wolf. They are so tiny they weigh between 9.9 and 15 lbs and are easy to take care of. They come in three recognized color varieties: black and white, gray and white, or red and white.
