Yes, you’re not seeing double. The picture below shows twin sisters Teyolla and Keyolla and their grooms, twin brothers Shawn and Eric.

Teyolla and Keyolla Loux come from a family mixed of biological and adopted children. The twins were adopted by their foster parents,  Derek and Reneé Loux, when they were missionaries in the Marshall Islands. They went through a lot while in the island that was why when the Louxs asked their birth mother if they could adopt the twins, she readily agreed.

The twin sisters met the Eric and Shawn while volunteering at their local church. The sisters developed an instant crush on the twin brothers – Teyolla on Shawn and Keyolla on Eric. They introduced themselves to the brothers but never thought they’d stood a chance as the boys were older than them.

After that first meeting, they lost contact of each other as Eric and Shawn for three years as the brothers were busy volunteering across the US. They met again during a special class for volunteers during the aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti.

Weeks later, the couples went on a double date. And one date led to another until Shawn proposed to Teyolla. Simultaneously, Eric was also proposing to Keyolla!

Since they had started dating together, and the boys has proposed on the same night but on different locations, they had also decided to get married together. They even had their real mother fly in to the country for their special day!

Their guests always mix the couples up, but close friends and relatives knew them well enough to tell the difference. Teyolla and Keyolla wore similar identical strapless dresses while Eric and Shawn wore the same dark suit but with different ties and waistcoats.

In Pechora, Russia, two sets of twins had a tied the knot together in the presence of baffled friends and relatives. Two brothers Alexei and Dimitry Semyonov married twin sisters Lilia and Liana. The couples met at a dance party at a local hub in St. Petersburg a year before their wedding. The mother of the grooms she could easily recognize who is who among her sons but she could not identify the difference between the two brides. The couples admit that sometimes their looks could get them confused as well.

An eatery in China has earned the nickname the “robot couple restaurant” because its diners get confused as to how a couple could seem to manage a busy restaurant 21 hours a day without getting tired. Not until the restaurant owner was interviewed did the truth come out that there were actually 4 people running the restaurant. Twin brothers married twin sisters and run the restaurant together. “Many diners thought we worked too hard and are like robots, but they don’t know that we are actually four people,” said Mao Zhanghua, the elder brother.

Since they were in diapers, identical twins Mandy Westerman and Brandy Lama were so hard to tell apart that their parents had to paint their toenails with different colors. When they were two months old, their had their ears pierced, one twin has tiny hearts in her earlobes while the other has starts in hers.

27 years later, they still have much in common aside from their blond hair one of which is a shared wedding anniversary. They got married on a joint ceremony in 2008 which was followed by a joint honeymoon in Jamaica. Each couple bought their first home on the same day. Even the houses share the same floor plan. Many and Brandy had never intended to have matching things and houses, but they’ve found over the years that it runs in their blood.

Frank Sinton and his identical brother Roy proposed, unbeknownst to each other, to their sweethearts on the same day. After 60 years of marriage bliss, the couples are celebrating their diamond wedding anniversaries.

When Yang Kang, 23, and Zhang Lanxiang held their engagement party, Yang Kang’s twin brother, Yang Xian, instantly fell in love with Jiang Juxiang, Zhang Lanxiang’s twin sister. With both couples in love, it was not long after that when both pairs decided to get married, they did so in a joint wedding ceremony in China. The couples look so much alike that even their own family could hardly tell them apart. The brothers wore different haircuts while the sisters put on different colored dresses so people could tell them apart.
