Sara Moore, 35, a paraprofessional at St Cloud Middle School, was taken into police custody on Sunday, one day after her 14-year-old lover’s parents learned of their illicit three-month relationship, according to the documents.
The affidavit states that the boy’s father contacted law enforcement on Saturday after finding a 12-pack of condoms in their son’s room and suggestive messages on his Instagram account sent to the married teacher on New Year’s Eve.
The pair reportedly started exchanging messages on Instagram in October.
He’s said to have told her: “I don’t want you for a mom, I want you.”
When confronted by his parents about his relationship with Moore, the boy is reported to have started crying and told them he didn’t want to ruin her life.

Police said Moore later told them the boy was like her adopted son and declined to provide a DNA sample after officers found a blanket with bodily fluid in her car.
Moore, who was employed by the Osceola County school district for three years, was sacked yesterday.
She is charged with ten counts of sexual battery on a minor.
Her mother told us: “You know what, she’s innocent until she is proven guilty. Don’t make it look otherwise. She’s a good, lovely person.”
Moore’s mother insisted that her daughter has not done anything wrong and urged the public to reserve judgment.
‘She’s a good, lovely person. You ask anybody that knows her,’ the woman told a reporter.
Moore’s neighbors in St Cloud described her and her husband to the station as a religious couple.
