Today, there is an odd trend among restaurants, in which they always try to serve food in eccentric ways to set themselves apart from the tight competition. However, there is this one campaign that pushes the use of plates again, instead of using bizarre objects.
Called “We Want Plates”, this campaign on Twitter is saying that “it is time to go back to serving meals in a way that has worked perfectly for hundreds of years: on plates”. After all, plates are invented for the purpose of eating.
Mostly, the culprit are the luxurious dining areas. So, if this isn’t stopped, soon enough, the foods we normally eat today will be put inside odd containers.
