For anyone who adores beer and chocolate like your husband, dad, or your son, this is the perfect dessert. It’s easy, fast, and delectable. Here is how you can do it:
What to Prepare:
To Make the Cake:
1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 1/8 cups of water
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
To Make the Chocolate Baileys Irish Cream Frosting:
5 ounces of finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
2 tablespoons Baileys® Irish Cream
To Make the Beer Mug Cake Wrappers and Foam:
30 ounces of white modeling chocolate
food paste coloring
8 ounce of thawed tub frozen whipped topping
How To Do It:
Initially heat the oven to 350ºF.
Create a cake accordingly with water, oil and eggs.
Apply non-stick cooking spray to mason jars before putting on a baking sheet.
Pour the mixture into the jars.
Bake the batter for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of each cake comes out clean.
For 10 minutes, cool the cake before you remove them from the jar by turning the jars upside down.
While waiting for the cake to cool completely, make Baileys® Irish Cream ganache by putting together chopped chocolate, whipping cream, and sugar into a bowl.
Heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds and let it sit in the microwave for another 3 minutes.
If the chocolate did not melt, heat for 10 second increments while stirring.
Cut each cake for around 3 inches tall.
Create a hole in the center of the cake with a cupcake plunger or a knife and pour the Baileys Irish Cream ganache into each hole.
To create the beer mug wrappers, color the white modeling chocolate into golden yellow with food coloring.
Roll them into a non stick mat and cut 3 1/4 inch wide by 8-inch long strip.
Create a strip with 1/2 inch intervals into the the mold using a wooden dowel and leave 1/2 inch border on one ede as the bottom of each beer mug.
Wrap the strip around the cake, brush seam edge with water and press together.
Create a mug handle with white modeling chocolate with water.
Before serving, whipped topping into the mugs with spoon as a foam.
Cheers to your beer and chocolate creation!
