- 5–6 peppermint patties
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- ¾ cup crushed peppermint crunch
- 5 oz. white chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 pack cream cheese (weight: 8 oz.)
- ½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract1
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 roll of store-bought sugar cookie dough
The first thing you have to do is preheat the oven up to 350°F.
Then round the cookie dough on the cookie sheet and make sure it has a diameter of 10 inches.
Next step is to bake the pizza until it turns golden. It will normally take 15 minutes.
While waiting for the dough, you can stir the butter and cream cheese until it’s smooth and completely combined.
Once it’s properly mixed, add in the peppermint extract, melted white chocolate, and vanilla extract.
After that, proceed to stir the powdered sugar until all the grains are combined and the frosting becomes smooth.
By this time, your cookie pizza crust has probably cooled down. Smear the frosting on top of the pizza crust and then add crumbled pieces of peppermint patty and peppermint crunch atop it.
The final product of all that baking and stirring should be a delicious and unique pizza, specially made to fit the Christmas season. Your kids and everyone in the house will love it!
