In anticipation of her wedding, Susanne Eman shed off 350 pounds. But, after that, she was jilted by her fiancé. Now that she has found love once again, she is hoping to become America’s largest bride.

In preparation for her scheduled wedding to chef Parker Clack in 2013, Eman was able to bring her body weight down from 800 pounds to 450 pounds. She also had a wedding dress made with 45 yards of cloth, which is about the size of half of a football field.

Eman said, “We are a match made in heaven. I love eating and Parker loves cooking. He loves larger women and sees how happy I am when I’m eating. His cooking skills were definitely part of the attraction. How could I resist a man with talents in the kitchen?”

Unfortunately, days before the big day, Eman was jilted by Clack for the reason that he was unhappy about the weight loss of his future wife.

Although she was earning over $90,000 a year for being a Big Beautiful Woman, she then decided to check herself into a slimming clinic because her children were worried about her health. She shared, “Everything was supposed to be perfect and then he split”.

While feeling heartbroken, Eman was also unhappy with her drastic change. She said, “What bothered me was seeing my body shrink. I felt absolutely tiny”.

In order to regain her lost weight, she ate more each day. Now that she has reached 600 pounds, she has found love again.

Nick Abbate, her new boyfriend, is also a chef like her past fiancé. He admitted that he too was also obese, but now weighs 168 pounds.

Though he wrote lots of books about nutrition and weight loss, he admits he does not want Eman to lose even a single pound. He said, “I find her very sexy and very attractive”.
