Because being toned and buff is the new trend, a lot of men would want to take their training regimens to the next level. However, there are times when these regimens become so absurd they are not really worth sweating over.

Check out this guy for example. He does an overhead barbell split, not for some health benefits but simply for the heck of it. Apparently, he’s one of those dudes on the Internet who do ridiculous exercises to impress people, not to share an effective exercise routine.
