Krystina Butel, a 31-year-old from Wakefield, has undergone extensive surgeries including breast implants, lip fillers, and Botox in her quest to look more like a portrait of her drawn when she was only 16 years old.
Her first procedure was a breast augmentation at 17, and now 14 years later, she has spent thousands of dollars getting other procedures.
At the time, Krystina’s fiance, David Scriven, was very supportive, and even went with her to get her heart-shaped nipple tattoos. He thought she looked beautiful.
When asked about her obsessive love of plastic surgery, Krystina says, “I know I’m going to wake up afterwards and see something new in my body. For me, it’s about getting closer to my dream. As my funds have got bigger, I’ve spent more and more on cosmetic work. With every surgery, my appearance has got more exaggerated and I’ve gone for the caricature look fully.”
Her body transformation began 15 years ago when she had a cartoon of herself drawn while on holiday in Ibiza.
She loved the cartoon that was drawn and started spending her money to become like the character.
