The building also features a 75-feet swimming pool with spa, a children’s playroom, a board room, a performance venue, and a private restaurant with an outdoor terrace. With everything provided for everyone in the way of amenities, the residents don’t even have to leave the building. As described by Viñoly, the residential tower is “a 100% New York experience”.
