The Resort at Pedregal
Formerly known as the Capelle Pedregal, the Resort at Pedregal is set on 24 acres of land located at the southernmost tip of the peninsula of Baja California. It has 22 residential villas and 66 rooms, each of which has its own private plunge pool.
When it opened its doors again in January this year, new amenities were added and these include the rehabilitated Luna y Mar spa menu with its indigenous treatments and the Champagne Terrace, which can be found at the entryway to the El Faralon restaurant perched right on top of the cliffs.

Esperanza, an Auberge Resort
The 57-room Esperanza, an Auberge Resort was one of those that was hit the hardest by Hurricane Odile in September last year. They are back on their feet though, with their soft opening just this April.
It was held to unveil the complete renovation of all its accommodations as well as the upgrades done to the Cocina del Mar restaurant. They have also added an outdoor relaxation lounge for their Spa as well as fresh retail space. The resort is now offering spa promotions and a Rediscover Esperanza travel package.

Built originally in 1956, One&Only Palmilla went through a $140 million rehabilitation and reopened just April 20 this year. Aside from having newly-remodeled suites and guest rooms, the resort also sports a new fitness center and spa.
They also added a gastronomic addition in Seared, which is a steakhouse helmed by Michelen-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. This is meant to complement the resort’s popular Agua by Larbi restaurant, which is headed by chef Larbi Dahrouch.

Las Ventanas al Paraiso, a Rosewood Resort
A Rosewood Resort situated between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, Las Ventanas al Paraiso reopened in June 4. Aside from refurbishing its 12 villas and 71 suites, the resort has also done some refinements to its world-renowned service.
They now have butlers in for their villas, who are fluent in English, Spanish, and French, available not just to act as guides for the guests, but also to keep the kids entertained and to make the meals. Dedicated butlers have also been made available for pets of guests in the resort.
