Mandarin Oriental just opened another luxury hotel in Turkey mid last year facing the Turkish Riviera beach between the lush hills of Türkbükü and the Aegean Sea.
Designed by the Italian firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel Interior, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum is a 148-acre resort with 2 private beaches, plunge pools, a 30,000 square ft, spa and a total of 10 restaurants. At night, the place turns into a huge bar with mixologists and DJ’s keeping you up all night at the waterfront JuJu Bar.
Mandarin Oriental Bodrum has 109 guestrooms and suites measuring 72 to 145 square meters. Rooms are equipped with glass doors to allow the natural light to pass through, and most have terraces with private dining areas and sundecks. For suites, they have a plunge pool and outdoor shower set in private gardens.
“We are delighted to introduce Mandarin Oriental’s renowned hospitality to Turkey,” Executive Vice-President Christoph Mares said, “Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum offers guests stylish accommodation and a range of impeccable facilities, all of which are underpinned by Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service.”
As cited by the General Manager of the resort, most of their guests who stayed in their hotel travel in their own planes or yachts. Bodrum also gained popularity after supermodel Kate Moss posted photos of her and her friends while in the city on her social media accounts.
If you want to experience a luxurious vacation this summer away from the crowd, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum is definitely the place to stay.
