But this Romanian theme park has entirely dark twist, and we’re speaking literally here as the theme park is built underground.

The Rudolf Mine lies underneath the earth’s surface at 400 ft. But the former salt mine, which operated from 1075 and closed sometime during the ’30s, has opened its doors as a theme park attraction and attracts quite the number of tourists in a year, even amounting to a staggering 600,000 visitors in total.
The theme park boasts a miniature golf area, an amphitheater, and even a boating lake. Children will get to enjoy the area too, as there are big wheel and carousel rides available.
The mini labyrinth has a stellar design and is 137 feet deep, 196 feet wide, and 262 feet long.
The mine has retained its natural features, though, this including a number of stalactites that perfectly hang on the top.
