What would your reaction be if one of the world’s fiercest predators suddenly jumped and sat down on your lap?
That’s what happened to a man when a lioness suddenly jumped and settled down on his lap inside his Safari vehicle. A video captured the incident featuring a young lion named Laylie at the Jugomaro Predator Park in Groblersdal, Mpumalanga, South Africa.
In the footage, the animal is seen climbing on the vehicle while the driver appears calm in front of the controls.

The lioness jumps out of the buggy but leaps back immediately to the man who tries to help her in.
The man can be heard talking, “You’re getting too fat, girl,” as Laylie hops on top of him and stretches on the other side of the vehicle.
Laylie becomes agressive and won’t settle behind as the driver attempts to start the vehicle. And once the engine is running, the lioness hurriedly leaves the buggy and stands back carefully before it rumbles.

Believed to be a worker at the park, the man turns off the engine and tells Laylie that he’s gonna take her for a ride. The lioness agrees by letting out a loud roar.

Videos of wild animals getting cozy with human inside a car are not really that rare.
Sometime in July 2015, a cheetah came up close and personal with a tourist inside the jeep while on Safari at the Masai Mara game reserve in Kenya.

After getting inside the jeep, it slowly walked closer to Micky McCaldin until it was just a foot away from him. The tense moment was captured on a camera by family friend David Horsey. The cheetah was seen as if it’s going to make himself plunk on Mickey’s lap.

At the time, 62-year old David of Mombasa, Kenya, said, “I’ve been living in Kenya all my life and I’ve never seen anything like this.”
