We have seen a lot of house innovations from around the world that showed us practical and convenient ways to live within the comforts of home. But, while some invest on high technologies and spacing solutions, one man from Oregon had a different dream – to live in plane in the middle of the woods.
Bruce Campbell, a former electrical engineer, bought a used Boeing 727 aircraft fuselage and transformed it into his dream home outside Portland, Oregon. It features a makeshift shower, lavatory, renovated seats and lighting fixtures. He turned the cockpit into a reading room with a computer monitor and recreated a transparent floor that features the ribs and control cables of the plane.
