Supercars are toys for the rich. These cars cost a lot of money some even cost more than an average person’s house. Although we can’t afford these cars, it doesn’t stop us from openly admiring and dreaming to own one someday.
Here are ten supercars that we wish we could own.

Nissan GT-R

If you consider a car worth $105,000 as cheap, then you can definitely own one of amazing cars. The 2014 Nissan GT-R carries a 545 horsepower engine. GT-R can go from 0 to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds. The first supercar produced by the Middle Eastern W Motors, Lykan Hypersport costs $3.4 million each. Only 7 of this supercar are expected to be produce, making the Lykan one of the rarest supercars. The Lykan carries a 3.7L flat six motor with 750 horsepower, it has a top speed of 239 mph. With diamonds, rubies, yellow diamonds, and sapphires integrated into the headlights, the Lykan is really a luxurious supercar. The carbon covered interior is minimal and it has a top speed of 280 mph. One:1’s engine is a 5 liter twin turbo V-8.

A unique supercar, 918 Spyder is a hybrid that packs power. With 887 horsepower, 918 Spyder carries a mid-mounted V-8 and an electric motor at each axle. With superb acceleration and handling, the hybrid supercar has a top speed of 211 mph. 918 Spyder also has a seven speed dual clutch gearbox changing gears as it drives. Also, 918 Spyder doesn’t disappoint in the looks department. So, if you are environmentally conscious and can afford the $847,000 price, you can own one of these superhybrid 918 Spyders.

Ferrari LaFerrari

With a $1.4 million price tag, you’ll be forgiven to say that you haven’t seen one of Ferrari LaFerrari in person. This exotic car is powered by a 950 horsepower hybrid engine. Its V12 has 789 horsepower and the additional 161 is from an electric motor. LaFerrari can reach 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds and 0 to 150 mph in just 9.8 seconds. LaFerrari has a low center of gravity and light steering which allows the supercar to navigate high speed turns gracefully.

Lamborghini Egoista

A concept created for Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary, the Egoista certainly looks like it came from sci-fi movies. Made of carbon fiber and aluminum, the Egoista is also coated in a radar-absorbent material. Police would certainly have a hard time clocking this car. With a V10 engine capable of putting out 600 horsepower, the Egoista can reach 202 mph and is capable of going 0-60 mph in 3 seconds flat. No price is set yet but one thing is for sure, the Egoista will certainly be expensive.

McLaren P1

Considered to be the king of supercars, McLaren P1 stands tall in both power and design. The P1 houses a twin turbo 3.8 L 727 horsepower engine coupled with a 177 horsepower electric motor. It can achieve a speed of 217 mph reaching 60 mph in 2.7 seconds. P1 is also equipped with multi driver platforms including electric-mode, normal, sport, track and race. The cockpit is made of carbon fiber with firm seats. P1 certainly lives up to its name as the king of supercars. Unfortunately, this $1.1 million supercar is no longer available on the market. McLaren has already sold all of the 375 models of P1.
