One of the frequent customers said, “This is the first thing I do when I land in Delhi for business – I come straight here to eat the fish. It is something I look forward to. I am always amazed with the way he pulls the fish out of the pan. You have to see it to believe it. And I must tell you that there is something good about the taste too.”

Singh’s two sons have taken over the thriving business. His son Deepak said that they have been there for 60 years, and they will continue to run the business.
The Singhs hope to expand and take the rich history of their unique eatery further. Singh hopes his sons will keep the tradition of hand-frying the fish. He adds that his sons can practice and eventually learn to dip their hands in oil without getting hurt.
