Have you ever done a high-fashion photo shoot? Well, most of us aren’t models, but it would be a great experience to just feel how it is like to undergo just one of these shoots and see how it turns out. That is why French fashion stylist Nathalie Croquet decided to put herself in front of the camera, with the help of photographer Daniel Schweizer, to recreate photos that had been previously posed by the likes of Kate Moss, Edie Campbell, and many more.
What is exactly the purpose of this experiment? According to her, “Women, consumption, retouching, cosmetics, aging, beauty, those all come to mind, but truly those issues are up for debate.”
“I feel people need a more spiritual approach to life and good fun,” she added. “I’m happy to give them that, even if I’m just making fun of myself.”
