The mansion is known for its raucous parties and, of course, the Playboy bunnies. But now the impressive house is set to be sold to the highest bidder.
Owning the mansion may be a dream of many teenage boys, but it comes with a $200 million price tag.
That’s quite a hefty price tag by any standards, but there is another provision. The new owner will be required to let 89-year-old Playboy founder, Hugh Hefner, live in the mansion until his death.
The mansion sits on six acres of land, has 22 rooms, a wine cellar, zoo, tennis courts, outdoor kitchen with entertaining area, and a pool with a waterfall.
