Last January 18, 2016, expectant mother Aimee Hernando was just enjoying her 33rd birthday party together with her mom, who turned 56 that same day. Little did she know that on that evening, she would give birth to her daughter, the third person in the family to be born on January 18.

Newborn baby girl Miracle Joy was not expected to be delivered until the last week of January. When she was informed about the due date, Aimee said she did wish she would be born earlier so they could share the same birthday. In an amazing turn of events, she got her request granted, beating the odds of 1 in 133,225, according to Stanford University mathematician Keith Devlin.
While she was on labor, Aimee couldn’t believe that it was really happening. She shared that there’s another odd coincidence surrounding their births. Her mom weighed 6 pounds 10 ounces when she was born. Aimee weighed 6 pounds 9, and now her daughter weighs 6 pounds 8 ounces.
“We just thought that was so cool!” the mother of four exclaimed.
Baby Miracle Joy was warmly welcomed by her three older siblings into the family. The one who came before her is only a year old, and she has elder siblings aged 8 and 11, who are both adoptees.
