Aleira Avendano has long been searching for perfection, even if it meant risking her own life. The 26-year-old model has resorted to drastic measures in order to look picture-perfect, resulting in plastic surgery for her breasts and wearing a corset 23 hours a day.

Avendano, who hails from Caracas, Venezuela, has admitted to going under the knife to get her now 34DD breasts. But as for her 20-inch waist, it’s the product of her addiction to wearing corsets. She began her extensive and dangerous waist training as a teen by sleeping with belts and corsets on.
